Bundlez By Foreign strive to provide the best high quality Raw hair that have been rigorously tested for years. Our mission is to have you feeling flawless, like a baddie but classy and elegant at the same time. We’re not responsible for any color discrepancies from how it appeared online to when it arrives. Our bundles, wigs, frontals and closures are all raw hair, 100% unprocessed and Natural. Treat this hair like it’s yours !

FAQS

Can I color my hair ?

Yes absolutely 100% unprocessed hair can be colored or bleached to any desired level. When coloring hair do your research or consult with a professional.

Does My hair require maintenance ?

Yes treat this hair as if it’s your own. Always use good quality shampoo and conditioner.Shampooing and conditioning your hair is very important to keep your hair soft, manageable & long lasting. We recommend deep conditioning your hair bi-weekly, but avoid using oils or heavy styling products.

How long will my hair last ?

This hair can last a very long time with proper maintenance. You can treat the hair as your own, but excessive coloring or heat can result in lost of the hair’s natural pattern and texture quality.

Does the hair shed ?

Any hair sheds that is manufactured, it’s normal and you may experience minimal shedding. Also if you cut your tracks you may experience more shedding due to the weft being broken. If this happens the wefts will need to be sealed back and that will prevent shedding.

Can I modify my order ?

Unfortunately order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted.

How long will my order take to ship/ How long is shipping ?

Our processing time 5-10 days, to get your order processed and shipped out. Your processing time begins as soon as your order is submitted. It may take less then 10 days for your order to be processed.

Shipping Time- it will 2-4 business days to receive your order from the shipping carrier after the processing time is completed.

If you need hair fast Express shipping is available  which normally takes 1-2 business days after the processing time.

My order is lost/stolen how do i get a refund?

Bundlez by Foreign are not responsible for any lost,stolen or damage items. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier to inquire about a refund. You must contact the courier directly and follow their procedures for a potential refund.

If you selected Route protection at checkout your package is fully insured from lost, damaged, or theft. You must file a claim through Route either via their app or their website.Once approved they will issue you a refund you your subtotal to place a new order.

Shipping Policies

All items are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

Our processing time is 5-10 days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. Your processing time begins as soon as your order is submitted. It may take less then 10 days for your order to be processed.

Shipping Time will take 2-4 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

** Orders are not processed on weekends or Holidays.

International orders can take up to 5-14 business to receive depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Bundlez by Foreign do not cover and custom fees.

If you need hair fast Express shipping is available  which normally takes 1-2 business days after the processing time.

Bundlez By Foreign does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped out. We are also not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays or any courier delays. If your item was not received, it can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If package is marked as delivered but it’s not in/at mailbox you must take this up with the USPS or FedEx and file a claim. If you selected Route protection at checkout your package is fully covered from loss, stolen, or damage for the subtotal amount. You must submit your claim through route.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back you are responsible for additional shipping fees or a store credit will be issued to you to purchase a new order with the correct address.

Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately We don’t offer refunds only store credit. Our return policy lasts 48 hours. Once you receive your order you have 48hrs to decide if you would like to keep it or return it for any reason. We Do Not offer refunds or store credit on wigs due to them being pre orders.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. If you are approved, then you will be issued a store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable you are responsible for your own shippings costs.

*** If you are shipping and item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
